Azuretek Web Services will not monitor the content or purpose of any services or data contained on any customer systems, we will not monitor the contents of any internet traffic, browse the contents of private files, release data to any third parties, or sell contact information. If Azuretek Web Services decides at any point to change policies and share data with third parties existing customers will be notified and given the option to opt-in.

Azuretek Web Services monitors certain metrics including cpu usage, RAM, disk space, and bandwidth consumption. We gather this information to troubleshoot and solve issues regarding service and service related issues. We reserve the right to monitor and track any processes or services being run through our systems to ensure service is provided efficiently and without issue. This however does not mean we will trap or monitor actual data other than what is needed to solve issues.

Azuretek Web Services reserves the right to kill processes or services if they are significantly affecting the quality of service for the rest of our clients in a negative fashion. Any malicious attempts to disrupt our services will result in immediate cancellation of services.
